Refunds Conditions
In any case where the hairaccessories.ae has approved a refund on the product purchase on the hairaccessories.ae, with valid matching photographic ID like Emirates ID or UAE driving license of the person who purchased the product will be required. The person who purchased the product and the person asking for the refund have to be the same person.
The hairaccessories.ae will not issue a refund if the customer providing wrong information during the register process , which does`nt match their photographic ID when asking for a refund.
In any case where the hairaccessories.ae has approved a refund, we will only refund in the same form of currency and mode of payment (COD or Card) used for the purchase. For example : if the item was purchased with a Debit/Credit card, amount will be issued to that same card. Refund will be transferred within 10days for Debit/Credit card purchase and 14days for cash from the date of the receipt of your written refund or return requests ,provided that goods are in their original , unopened and unused condition as per below mentioned standards:
Very Important : You shall ensure that the products you want to returns are in good condition and unopened. And if you fail to return the product the hairaccessories.ae will be entitled to make a claim against you for the losses it suffered.
Refund or Exchange method
1 ) Email us at info@bow-boutique.com to notify us of the items you would like to return or exchanged.
2 ) Need to provide full details of your order number , which is provided in the documentation that arrives with your order together with details and pictures of the items you wish to return or exchange.
3 ) Once you have received a confirmation that we will accept a return for your item , please make sure you indicate whether you would like a refund ,replacement or exchange.
4 ) You must also provide the copy of shipping invoice when you handover return products to the courier.
5 ) Delivery charges for returning items if it is not due to faulty , damaged or incorrect items are to be paid by customer.
